Hey! I'm Daniel, a Software Engineer turning challenges into solutions with code.
I'm doing this at Capital One. Previously at Citadel & Citadel Securities
I'm a senior at WashU studying Computer Science with a minor in Statistics. I've interned as a Software Engineer at Capital One (NYC & McLean), and Citadel (NYC) where I learned a lot, solved real problems, and somehow fixed the coffee machine.
I love building projects that make a difference. Through programs like MLT, ColorStack, and Thrive Scholars, I've learned from amazing people, mentored others, and focused on things that truly matter.
I'm really into learning new languages. I'm fluent in Portuguese and English, and I've got some French under my belt from high school. Right now, I'm having fun learning Spanish. I've also picked up bits of random languages here and there. Outside of that, soccer's a big part of my life, and I enjoy cooking, weightlifting, and exploring new cities.
